- Technical school degree in diesel, heavy equipment, agricultural equipment technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a heavy equipment, diesel, agricultural, or construction equipment technician.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing agricultural equipment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and engine systems.
- Computer proficiency and ability to work within dealership management systems.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Class A CDL preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
